Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy is the oldest technical educational institution in Republic of Bulgaria. Its history and past and present achievements establish it as the most prestigious center for training of maritime specialists in the country. Tuittion fees:

The annual tuition fees for foreign citizens from non-EU Member States (art. 95 par. 7 of the Higher Education Act), for the qualification degrees “Bachelor” and “Master” (after “Bachelor” degree) in English in the professional branch “Transport, shipping and aviation” (as per Decree of the Council of Ministers № 104/28.04.2015) are as follows:
full-time students – 3 000 EUR
extra-mural students – 1 750 EU
language preparatory course – 3 000 EUR
